Ana Fiszman's Latin Jazz Group

Ana Fiszman’s group blends instrumental melodies with spirited coros, creating an energetic fusion of Afro-Cuban and Latin jazz. Led by the dynamic pianist Ana Fiszman, this septet consists of a rhythmic section and three horn players. All members share a common bond as students or alumni of Codarts, where their passion for music blossomed into a vibrant collaboration.

At the heart of the band’s repertoire are Ana’s compositions and arrangements, which showcase her South American childhood influences mixed with her Afro Cuban passion and Jazz studies. Alongside them, the band breathes new life into beloved Afro-Cuban songs, honouring the rich heritage of the genre while adding their own unique flair.

Characterized by their infectious energy and undeniable groove, the band’s performances are a celebration of life, love, and music.
